Mom Piper'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. oil
1 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Measure all dry ingredients except cocoa into mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil and milk to dry ingredients.
Mix well.
In a saucepan, mix cocoa and boiling water.
Add vanilla and blend well.
Blend cocoa mixture into ingredients in mixing bowl. Batter will be thin.
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool and frost with fluffy icing.
