Strawberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 lg. pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
    1 lg. can crushed pineapple
    3 medium bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water. Add thawed strawberries, nuts, pineapple and mashed bananas. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour half of mixture into 8 x 12 pan. Place in refrigerator until set (about 15 minutes). Spread sour cream over set jello and then add remaining mixture to top of sour cream. Let it set in refrigerator about 30 minutes. Cut in squares to serve. Makes about 12 servings.
