Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

4 medium apples, pared, cored, quartered and sliced
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. orange or lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 9-inch or 10-inch tube pan.
Mix together the 4 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon and set aside.
