Dumplings, Pork Hocks And Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork hocks
1 onion
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 can sauerkraut
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients, then add beaten egg, milk and shortening.
Mix well and form into balls.
