Grandma Flo'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash of salt
    3 egg yolks
    2 1/4 c. water
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    In small saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, lemon juice and water.
    Cook until thick.
    Add a little of this mixture into beaten egg yolks.
    Then place into saucepan and cook 2 more minutes. Place into a baked pie shell and top with meringue.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
