Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. apricot Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. milk
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 (4 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and set aside.
    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually beat in milk until smooth.
    Stir in gelatin; add pineapple and mix well. Chill.
    When mixture begins to thicken, fold in whipped topping. Pour into a 2 1/2-quart serving bowl.
    Chill for at least 2 hours.
