Chinese Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped (may use some green onions)
    1 can Chinese vegetables
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation
    Boil cabbage in small amount of salted water for 5 minutes and drain.
    Saute all vegetables, except cabbage, in butter.
    Butter a baking dish and layer cabbage and then vegetables until all are used.
