Swiss Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 large eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    8.5 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, beat sugar, oil and butter.
    With beater at low speed, add sifted dry ingredients alternating with eggs, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
    Add carrots, nuts and pineapple.
    Grease 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
