Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 large onion
1 tin whole tomatoes
1 apple
1 orange
1 green pepper
juice of 2 limes
1 small pkg. currants or raisins
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. brown vinegar
2 cloves
2 bay leaves
1 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation
-
Lightly fry chicken, then remove from frying pan, leaving sufficient cooking oil to lightly fry onions.
Add fried onions and tomatoes to chicken.
