Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, boiled and diced
    5 strips fried bacon, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Place potatoes in casserole dish.
    Drain bacon; leave in frying pan.
    Stir in flour, sugar, water and vinegar.
    Stir and simmer until it makes a thin sauce.
    Add chopped onion and stir. Pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
