Mile High Raspberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (10 oz.) frozen raspberries
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 c. sugar
    1 baked 9-inch pie crust or 1 crumb crust
Preparation
    Beat whites until fluffy.
    Add berries, sugar and juice and beat at high speed for 15 minutes.
    Fold in whipped cream and pour into baked pie shell or crumb crust.
    Freeze several hours.
    Cut and serve at once after removing from freezer.
