Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large bell peppers, cored
    water
    3 to 4 lb. ground beef or venison
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place peppers in a boiler pan.
    Cover with water and boil approximately 20 minutes.
    Remove and drain.
    Rinse in cold water until cool.
    Mix beef, onion, ketchup, rice, salt and pepper well. Stuff peppers with meat mixture.
    Place peppers in a baking dish. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until meat is done.
