Pumpkin Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 rounded Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
4 c. milk
salt
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients.
Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Separate eggs and beat egg whites and fold in after it is in pie pan.
Bake in a moderate oven until firm.
Makes 2 large pies.
