Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed cooked carrots
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten separately
    1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, adding the beaten egg whites last. Pour into a buttered mold.
    Set in water; cook for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Unmold and fill center with mushroom sauce.
