Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 strips bacon
    1/4 carrot, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. chopped ham or chicken
    3 c. cold, cooked rice
    2 eggs, scrambled
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    juice of 1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Crumble. Cook carrot and onion in bacon drippings.
    Remove from pan. Scramble eggs and remove from pan.
    Fry ham or chicken.
    Remove from pan. Place rice in pan. Add soy sauce, salt and green pepper. Stir until heated.
    Add all ingredients. Serve hot with additional soy sauce, if desired.
