Aunt Flossie'S Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large red pimientos
    12 large onions
    4 hot peppers
    2 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Roast pimientos in slow oven.
    Cool and peel.
    Coarsely grind pimientos, onions and hot peppers.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly, stirring constantly, cooking for about 20 minutes. After mixture is thoroughly hot, pour in jars and seal.
