Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large cooked, peeled and cubed potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise *
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Toss together and put into flat casserole dish.
    Top with 1/4 pound lightly cooked bacon strips.
    Bacon cooked 3/4 done.
    Also top with 1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives (optional).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 to 60 minutes.
