Spicy Turkey Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) frozen whole boneless turkey, thawed as pkg. directs
    8 to 10 large cloves of garlic
    3 Tbsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. kosher style salt
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Remove mesh from turkey.
    Lay turkey out as flat as possible on cutting board, placing skin side down.
    Combine the garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt in the work bowl of a food processor with the steel blade in place or in blender.
    Add oil, processing until coarsely chopped.
