Gammon And Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 lb. bacon
1 (15 oz.) can chopped spinach
1 c. sugar
7/8 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. flour
mashed potatoes
Preparation

Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and fry in large skillet.
Drain off all but approximately 2 tablespoons of grease.
In a large jar mix sugar, vinegar, water and flour.
Shake vigorously until creamy.
Add to pan; add spinach.
Slice eggs and add to pan. Cook approximately 5 minutes.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
