Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg
9-inch unbaked pie shell
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly and gradually add milk, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Combine flour and water and add to mixture.
Transfer to unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Then check and add time, if necessary.
