Oriental Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can English peas
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
1 (16 oz.) can Shoepeg corn or white whole kernel sweet corn
2 (5 oz.) cans sliced water chestnuts
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 oz.) can pimento, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, sliced small
1 large red onion, sliced thin
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. oil
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Drain all juices off vegetables.
Marinate vegetables with remaining ingredients.
