Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. mashed very ripe bananas (2 medium)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Beat sugar, sour cream, margarine and egg whites in large bowl on low speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed for 30 seconds.
    Beat in flour, salt and baking soda on medium speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread in pan.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown; cool.
    Cut into 2 1/4 x 1 1/2-inch bars.
