Chicken Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 thick pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. drippings or oil
    1 c. instant rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Using a flameproof ovenproof casserole, brown the salted chops in drippings.
    Cover with rice.
    Combine soup and milk; pour over rice, making sure all rice is moistened.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
