Stuffed Okra Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small fresh okra with heads removed
    1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
    3 tsp. coriander powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix all the spices and salt together; set aside.
    Slit the okra lengthwise without separating all the way through.
    Stuff them individually with spice mixture.
    Heat up oil in a vessel. When hot, add stuffed okra.
    Saute it for a few minutes, then cover the vessel with a lid and let cook on medium heat.
    Stir the okra intermittently to prevent burning.
    May add more oil if needed.
    Cook the okra until done.
