Crunchy Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Mix shortening and sugar thoroughly; add eggs, alternating with flour.
    Add flavorings.
    Bake in a tube pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
