3/4 c. Jif creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl; beat until well blended.
Add egg; beat until just blended.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork.\tBake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
