Shrimp Creole(For 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. onions, diced
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped fine
    1 (32 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. chili powder or to taste
    1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and cleaned
Preparation
    Melt 2 teaspoons margarine in a heavy saucepan and add celery, onion and green pepper.
    Saute until onions are clear.
    Add tomatoes and seasonings and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Serve on rice.
