Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. nuts
2 c. bananas
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add eggs, oil, bananas, nuts and pineapple.
Grease and flour 3 layer cake pans. Pour into the 3 pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Frost.
