Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    potatoes
    green peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together and cover.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Add potatoes, green peppers, salt and pepper one-half hour before serving.
    Cook 7 hours for a double recipe.
