Ada'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie crust
    1 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Boil
    sweet potatoes.
    When done put through a sieve or mash thoroughly\twith
    masher.
    Then add rest of ingredients. Pour into unbaked
    pie
    crust.
    Bake\t20 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven. Reduce temperature
    to 300\u00b0.
    Continue baking 25 to 30 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean.
