Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen or 2 fryers
    1 can chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine chicken soup, mushroom soup, sour cream and water chestnuts; mix well and add chicken.
    Put in a casserole dish and make a topping of 1 1/2 cup any butter cracker crumbs and 1 stick oleo.
    Spread on top of chicken mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
