Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing
    5 different vegetables (cucumbers, green pepper, carrots, radishes, broccoli or cauliflower)
Preparation
    Lay rolls flat on a cookie sheet.
    Pinch edges together.
    Bake as directed.
    Cool completely.
