Roasted Spiced Turkey Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Shady Brook Farms split turkey breast
8 oz. nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander
1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper sauce as desired
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except turkey, in large shallow pan or bowl.
Add turkey; marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator, turning once.
Discard unused marinade.
Cover the breasts with foil; roast for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Baste occasionally. Uncover; roast for an additional 30 to 40 minutes, until brown.
