Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 lb. uncooked chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
6 Tbsp. oil
2 slices fresh ginger root, minced
1 Tbsp. white wine
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. cashew pieces
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. chicken stock
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen Chinese pea pods, broken in half
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
Preparation

Place egg whites in shallow bowl.
Place 1/2 cup of cornstarch in a shallow dish.
Dip chicken pieces in egg whites and coat with cornstarch.
