Hot Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can small shrimp
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. slivered almonds
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and cream of potato soup.
    Add shrimp, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.
    Blend until smooth.
    Spread 1/2 of shrimp mixture into bottom of buttered deep dish pie pan. Sprinkle with almonds and half of grated cheese.
    Add remaining shrimp mixture.
    Sprinkle remaining Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Great with crackers or potato chips.
    Best when served hot.
