Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 lb. medium sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 lb. Colby cheese
1/3 lb. American cheese
1 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 dash black pepper
1 Tbsp. pimentos
Preparation

Shred all cheese together; add pimentos.
Mix well.
Add all other ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Chill 1/2 hour before serving.
Serve on toasted bread or crackers.
