Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. can mixed vegetables, drained
    pastry (for two 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dishes)
Preparation
    Combine butter and flour in a saucepan over low heat; gradually add chicken broth and cream of chicken soup.
    Stir in chicken, salt, pepper and mixed vegetables.
    Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with one of the pastries.
    Add the chicken mixture and cover with second pastry.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
