Chicken Donatich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken filets
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 can chicken broth
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1/8 tsp. tarragon
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    seasoned bread crumbs
    rice
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces and bread.
    Fry chicken in hot oil and drain.
    Bake chicken pieces with a small amount of butter for 15 minutes on 350\u00b0.
    Add chopped garlic, vinegar, tarragon, chicken broth, white wine, salt and pepper, and artichoke hearts (cut into smaller pieces) with the juice.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve on a bed of rice.
