Heart Healthy Coffee Cake(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. peeled, cored and finely chopped apples (2 big Granny Smith)
1/4 c. egg substitute, thawed
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. applesauce
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. oleo
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and salt.
Set aside.
In a big bowl, toss together chopped apples and egg substitute. Stir in sugar, 1/4 cup nuts and applesauce. Add flour mixture and stir just enough to mix it.
Pour batter into a 9-inch round baking pan.
