2 Egg Custards - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole eggs, beaten slightly
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    8 heaping Tbsp. flour, mixed with sugar
    4 c. whole milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    sprinkle of nutmeg
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; mix flour and sugar together real good and add to eggs.
    Then, add milk, vanilla and salt.
    Add all these together.
    Bake crusts until set, then pour in the egg mixture and bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Turn oven back to 350\u00b0.
    Bake about 20 more minutes or until done, when knife is inserted in center and comes out clean.
