Ambrosia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water or fruit juice
    1 6 oz. pkg. orange jello
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1 eleven oz. cans mandarin orange segments, drained
    1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over jello, stirring until jello is dissolved.
    Add orange sherbet, stir until melted.
    Stir in 1 can of mandarin orange segments (1 cup).
    Pour into 6-cup ring mold, chill until firm.
