Jim'S Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. each: garbanzo, pinto, kidney, cranberry, navy and Great Northern beans
    1/2 c. each: lentils, barley and split peas
    3 large cans whole tomatoes, quartered
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    3 chopped onions
    4 mashed, sieved garlic cloves
    1 1/2 lb. lean cubed salt pork
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. dried parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    few shakes hot sauce
    hot pepper flakes to taste
    1 or 2 cubed potatoes
Preparation
    You will need a water-filled cauldron.
