Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large zucchini, sliced
    2 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in water for 5 minutes or until tender; drain. Beat eggs in large bowl until foamy.
    Add mayonnaise, onion and green pepper to eggs.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix cheese with zucchini.
    Add to egg mixture; mix well.
    Pour into 6 cup shallow baking pan.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
