Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. oil
round steak
1 c. chopped onion
2 green peppers
4 chopped tomatoes
Preparation

Heat oil in electric fry pan at 300\u00b0.
Pound round or sirloin steak until tender.
Coat with flour, salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning mixed together.
Brown; add onion, green pepper and tomatoes.
Add water to cover.
Cover and cook until tender, 4 to 6 hours.
