Ingredients

4 c. peeled and chopped apples
1 c. coconut flakes
2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. white sugar, mixed with 2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together the first 11 ingredients thoroughly.
This batter will be very thick.
Place in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
While still hot, spread top with the melted butter. Sprinkle with the white sugar and cinnamon mixture.
