Rich Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
3 Egg Beaters
1/4 c. applesauce
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. Grape-Nuts cereal (optional)
1/2 jar Kraft lite fudge topping
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine sugars, flour, Egg Beaters, applesauce, corn syrup, Hershey's chocolate syrup and cocoa.
Mix until well blended.
Stir in vanilla and Grape-Nuts, if desired. Spread into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan on a wire rack.
Frost with lite fudge topping.
Yields 36 brownies.
