Super Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 corn muffin mix
1 chopped onion
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn

Preparation

Soften oleo; add egg and sour cream and beat.
Put Jiffy corn mix, onion, creamed corn and whole corn (drained) in a 9 x 12-inch buttered baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Pimento may be added for color.
