Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
Preparation

Bring water, butter and salt to boil.
Add 1 cup flour.
Mix well into dough.
Set aside to cool, approximately 15 minutes. Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time.
Beat well after adding each egg.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Put into preheated oven and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Do not open oven door while baking. Let cool before removing from pan.
Cut
top off and take any dough out that is left inside.
Fill with whipped cream or your favorite pudding.
