Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    5 c. flour (White Lily self-rising flour)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
    Stir together flour, sugar and baking soda and cut in shortening.
    Mix buttermilk and yeast water. Stir in flour mixture.\tKnead 4 to 5 times.
    Pat out to 1/4-inch thick.\tPlace closely together on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Brush melted butter on top.
