Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. small beef cubes
flour or cornstarch
8 oz. beef broth
3 Tbsp. white sherry
3 Tbsp. red sherry
8 oz. container sour cream
8 oz. heavy whipping cream
8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, diced small
8 oz. flat egg noodles
Preparation

Roll beef cubes in flour or cornstarch and brown in large skillet in a small amount of oil.
Add beef broth and simmer 15 minutes.
